GRADUATE INFORMATION
WHAT TO WEAR
Graduate participants will be dressed in traditional academic regalia: a cap, a gown, and a coordinating tassel. The gown will cover a school-appropriate outfit of the graduate's choice.

The cap and gown set MUST be solid black in color and the tassel will be in the school colors of purple and teal.

Complete sets are available to order through our school partner, Jostens, for $38.00 by Friday, April 25th. Additional graduation products such as announcements are also available to order. Questions about a Jostens order or its shipping status should be directed to our school representative, Brian Coushay, at (503) 255-7120. Orders placed after Friday, April 25th are not guaranteed to arrive in time for the ceremony.

Graduates may choose to order or obtain their cap and gown set from an alternative source such as borrowing from a friend or family member or picking one up from a thrift store; however, they will be responsible for obtaining a school-colored tassel to match their classmates. Tassels may be purchased individually from Jostens for $10.25.

If attire cost is a barrier to participation in any way, please reach out to the 12th grade advisor so that the school can assist.
DIPLOMA DETAILS
ORCA graduates will receive their official diplomas via mail at the end of June/early July.
If you need proof of graduation sooner, please request a copy of your official transcript, using the link provided on this page. Official transcripts will show that you have graduated and met all completion requirements.

GRADUATE ARRIVAL
Graduates must arrive at the ceremony location no later than 1:15 PM PST on the day of the ceremony.

At this time, graduates will participate in the required ceremony rehearsal/practice.

GUEST INVITATIONS
Graduates are permitted to invite as many guests as they would like to attend the ceremony; there is no limit as the seating accommodates a large audience.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
Unofficial transcripts can be accessed, downloaded, and printed using the High School Transcript link at the top of a student’s grade book at any time.

Official transcripts are often required documentation for situations such as application to college or university, scholarship applications, verification of employability or military service eligibility, insurance needs, and legal or social services needs like custody hearings or social security benefits.
SENIOR SPOTLIGHTS
We love to celebrate our graduating seniors for all of their hard work and accomplishment by proudly sharing their stories with others! Through Senior Spotlights on social media, in local newspapers, and other avenues, we work to showcase our outstanding graduates.

If you are willing to share your story, please let Mrs. Lapidus, Ms. de Souza, or your Homeroom Teacher know!
